Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SellerMind AI, a software-as-a-service product operated by Ovlyn Technologies FZCO (Dubai, UAE).

1. The service

SellerMind provides AI agents that monitor and analyse the eCommerce business data you connect, and produce recommendations and reports. You operate the workspace; the agents work for you within it.

2. Beta status

SellerMind is in its early-access phase. Features may change, and you may encounter rough edges. We state this plainly because we'd rather you know.

3. AI recommendations — no autopilot on your money

Agent outputs are recommendations generated by AI models and are provided “as is”. They may be wrong. SellerMind is designed so that every money-touching action requires your explicit human approval before anything is executed (the “Financial Firewall”). You are responsible for the decisions you approve. SellerMind is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorised to connect the channels you connect. You retain all rights to your business data; you grant us the limited licence needed to process it to run the service (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

No reselling the service, no attempting to access other workspaces, no using the service to violate marketplace terms or applicable law.

6. Billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Trials convert only when you actively subscribe. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

7. Availability & liability

We monitor the service continuously but do not promise uninterrupted availability during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business decisions made on the basis of agent recommendations you approved.

8. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time (deletion per the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai; disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
